Visit to the

Pavilion Nursing Home & Rehab Center

This is the season for giving and I’d like to thank Rosemary Servis, Susan Maffei, Susan Schaffer, & Sharon Crocker for taking the time to join me at the Hyannis Pavilion Nursing Home & Rehab Center to spread some much needed holiday cheer!!!!

If anyone would like to join us for the Christmas Holiday (working with the Seniors on a project for  Holiday cards to be sent to our Service men and women), please give me a call…this would be a great way to teach your children what the holidays are truly about, so you’re most welcome to bring your children!

                        Adopt A Spot

Adopt a Spot is just one of our new IAAP community involvement programs.

Most of the programs we’re actively involved in are programs we chose specifically because they tap into the special interests our members brought with them to our Chapter; and as it turns out we have many gardeners in our group, so this program is not only good for our community, but very enjoyable for our participating members!

Most, if not all of our community programs such as Adopt a Spot, have been chosen specifically to provide an opportunity for each of us to continue doing what we enjoy, while providing a benefit to our surrounding communities.

Thank you

To Our Supporting Vendors:

Thank you for your generous donation which helped our recent auction become such a success! It’s our hope that you’ll consider sponsoring our Local Cape Cod Chapter each year.

Your sponsorship provides us with the tools we need to raise funds for programs that directly benefit Cape Cod Communities.  It is our further hope that our vendors will benefit from increased sales due to community perception and sales from our own membership since we always encourage our members to buy within our supporting vendor network.

IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) is a worldwide not for profit organization which has a large Chapter on Cape Cod.  We brought in NASA Astronaut Sunita Williams to speak to our Membership, as well as to Barnstable High School and elementary school students.

Our membership demographic is comprised of Cape Cod professionals from the private and public sector including Police, Fire, Municipal Government and School Districts, all interested in improving their administrative skills through technology and education, while giving back to the community through local community programs such as our Astronaut appearance, Adopt a Spot programs, local walkathons, and Senior visitation care, just to name a few.

Each year we seek vendor partnerships for various events and we’re very grateful you chose to sponsor our Cape Cod Chapter of IAAP.

On behalf of the local Chapter of IAAP, thank you!
